Our Diamond Ballroom seats up to 300 guest and there is a fee of $100 for every 50 guests added to your guests list.
How do I secure my event date at your venue?
In order to secure your date a fifty percent deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to you event.
Is there a security deposit to rent the venue?
Yes. The security deposit is $300 due at time of booking. This deposit covers possible damages to property and time overage. Deposit will be refunded after a walk-through of the rented area if there are no issues.
Do you offer all inclusive packages?
Yes. Our all inclusive packages feature some the best vendors in atlanta in the areas of Catering, Flowers, Video, Photo, DJ Services, Cakes & More!
Are chair covers included with my rental?
Chair covers (white or black) and sashes can be added to any room for an additional $4 per chair.
May I use my own caterer?
Yes, however there is an outside caterering fee of $150 that will be added to your contract.
May I use my own DJ?
Yes. Please make the DJ aware that he must come will all of the equipment he will need.
How many hours is the rental for?
You may use up to 7 hours during your rental; 2 hours to set up and 5 hours for your event.
